Sydney, February 2, 2026 ¨C UBS SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ä± announces that Adam Quaife?has been appointed as Country Head Australia & New Zealand and Head Institutional Client Coverage (ICC) Australia. He takes over from?Nick Hughes,?Co-Country Head and?Group?Chief Operating Officer (COO) for UBS?Australia?and New Zealand, who?assumed the role?on an interim basis.??

Adam brings 25 years of asset management experience and a proven record of building successful businesses across both institutional and wholesale channels. He recently served as Chief Distribution Officer for Perpetual's Australian asset management business, and prior to that, held senior distribution leadership roles at Franklin Templeton - including?establishing?their local presence.? ??

About Adam Quaife

Adam has over 25 years experience?in working in Australian and global asset management. He has held a range of roles within the asset management industry?spanning institutional and wholesale sales, client engagement, stakeholder management?and strategy implementation.? ?

Most recently, he ran his own consultancy firm, working with boutique asset managers to develop and implement strategic distribution plans. Prior to this, he spent five years at Perpetual limited, including as Chief Distribution Officer for Perpetual's Australian asset management business, and held multiple senior distribution leadership roles at Franklin Templeton between 2002-2019 ¨C including?establishing?their Global Advisory Services business in Australia.???

Adam will become a member of the SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ä± APAC Management Forum and will also join the UBS ANZ Country Management Forum.???

Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology and a Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from FINSIA.?
