From 23 April to 4 May 2026 UBS Switzerland AG will carry out a capital increase with subscription rights for UBS «Foncipars». Official subscription rights trading will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange from 23 to 29 April 2026.
In addition, the fund management company has fixed the distribution for UBS «Foncipars», UBS «Sima» and UBS «Swissreal» based on the funds results as at 31 December 2025.
