In the context of issuance of the聽CSSF Circular 24/856 on the investor protection in case of a NAV calculation error, a non-compliance with investment rules and other errors at the level of a UCI聽(the 鈥Circular鈥), which will enter into force on 1 January 2025, UBS SA国际传谋 (Europe) S.A. draws the investors鈥 attention to the fact聽 that it may not always be possible for the investors to be indemnified in case of net asset value calculation errors and/or non-compliance with investment rules and/or other errors at the level of the fund when subscribing through financial intermediaries. Investors are advised to seek advice in relation to their rights which may be negatively impacted.
