Overview

The fund is designed to provide Investors with exposure to European Union Carbon Allowances ("EUAs") without having to open a Holding Account and take physical delivery of EUAs.

The fund is backed by physical EUAs, which are held on its behalf by the EUA Custodian.

The value of the fond is directly linked to the value of the Underlying EUAs, less fees.

The product is passively managed.

Benefits

Clients benefit from the flexibility of an exchange-traded investment.

Provides access to the spot performance of EUAs.

The ETC offers a high degree of transparency and cost efficiency.

Risks

This UBS ETC invests in European Union Allowances (EUAs) and may therefore be subject to considerable fluctuations in value. This ETC may not be appropriate for investors who plan to withdraw their money before the recommended holding period disclosed in the PRIIPs KID. All capital investments are subject to market fluctuations. Every ETC has specific risks, which can significantly increase under unusual market conditions. The main risk of EUAs is that there is a lack of risk diversification due to the concentration of the investment in EUAs. The ETC's assets are passively managed. As a result, the value of the ETC is directly dependent on the performance of EUAs.
