Overview
Residential properties, commercial real estate and mixed-use properties are generally used as collateral.
Upon disbursement, the loan may not exceed two-thirds of the market value of the secured property.
A duration of approx two years is targeted.
To achieve this, investments are predominantly made in Saron mortgages, short-term mortgages or longer-term mortgages that are hedged with interest rate swaps.
