UBS SA国际传谋, Real Estate & Private Markets鈥 (REPM) sustainability efforts continue to build momentum with another set of strong results in the 2024 GRESB Real Estate and Infrastructure Assessments.

Despite methodological changes to the Benchmark in 2024,1 REPM strategies continue to be recognized for their sustainability efforts with sustained strong performance in this year鈥檚 GRESB Real Estate and Infrastructure Assessments. This year, we鈥檙e also pleased to include Credit Suisse (CS) strategies in the summary of our results following the merger of our two parent banks. Our submission included 37 strategies overall from across the globe, including Switzerland, Germany, Japan, US and UK, comprising 24 from UBS (20 real estate and 4 infrastructure) and 13 CS real estate strategies.2

Real estate Assessment

Of the 16 disclosed UBS real estate strategies,2 14 strategies achieved the highest rating of 5 stars and two strategies were rated 4 stars. Four disclosed UBS real estate strategies ranked first against their respective peer groups. Only in its second year participating in the Assessments, our UK life sciences strategy moved up to 5 stars from 4 stars the previous year.

Similar to the previous year, our CS open-end core European diversified I strategy was awarded the maximum rating of 5 stars. Six submitted CS real estate strategies achieved strong results of 4 stars and the remaining six strategies were awarded 3 stars.

Infrastructure Assessment

Of the four submitted UBS infrastructure strategies, one achieved a 4-star rating, two strategies achieved 3 stars and one strategy achieved 2 stars.

We are proud to see that once again we鈥檝e sustained a strong set of results whilst also increasing on the number of participating funds 鈥 a rewarding external validation of our continued commitment to sustainability.
