UBS Memphis, TN office welcomes

UBS announced the hiring of financial advisor Clay Young in Memphis, TN. He joined the South Market led by Regional Director Julie Fox, Market Executive Gregory Achten, and Market Director Sara Perez Barrett.

UBS will be expanding its presence in Jonesboro, Arkansas with plans to open a new office space later this year. Clay will be based in Jonesboro but in the meantime, will report into the firm’s Memphis, TN office.

Joseph “Clay” Young IV is a Managing Director and Private Wealth Advisor based in Jonesboro, Arkansas, serving high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and business owners. He brings deep experience in wealth management, delivering thoughtful, long‑term strategies tailored to each client’s goals.

Clay advises clients on investment management, retirement planning, and banking and lending solutions, applying a disciplined and coordinated approach to the stewardship of family wealth. Over his more than 30‑year career, he has worked at A.G. Edwards, Stephens, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch before joining UBS in 2026.

He is also actively involved in community and economic development efforts in Northeast Arkansas, including downtown revitalization and historic property redevelopment, and has been recognized locally and nationally for his commitment to clients and community.

Clay was ranked No. 1 in the state of Arkansas on the 2025 Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list.
