The fund is tailored for investors with a long term investment horizon and therefore the suitability of an investment into the fund needs to be duly considered in advance. The total allocation into real estate investments with restricted liquidity should be put into context of the client’s total bankable assets and risk appetite, as well as be consistent with the client's overall investment objectives and net worth. Prospective investors must be aware of the restricted liquidity to redeem any investment in the fund. This means that redemption requests need to be communicated 30 calendar days prior to the actual redemption dealing day and the redemption price must be paid latest 25 calendar days after the same redemption dealing day. The fund shall not redeem more than 5% of its assets on any given redemption dealing day.
